KOP Carter Tansil Council #101, under the Venerable Grand Council of Louisiana, is dedicated to mentoring, training, and developing young men into leaders of tomorrow. Through guidance, education, and community service, we provide the foundation for youth to grow into responsible men who uplift their communities.
